The Robin’s Nest

Located at the back of our property in the main office building, The Robin’s Nest is the perfect place for your small to medium gathering!

  • Food prep space/Kitchenette

  • Spacious Back Deck
  • Permanent Furniture (for use as gift tables, coffee bars, etc.)

Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM*

Saturday and Sunday, 9AM-5PM*

(Weekend daily rental rates are also available upon request.)

*Reservations can be made outside business hours on a case-by-case basis.


Rental Requirements

All private events require a 4 hour minimum booking.

There is a $100 refundable security deposit required for all bookings.



We have an assortment of lawn games for your group to enjoy! We’ll have them set up and ready to play in the backyard space.  Rent individual games or rent them ALL! (Rental rates are per event and are not included in the hourly rental rate.)

Entertainment Package (5 games total): $200

Rent per game:

  • Cornhole: $50
  • 9-square: $75
  • Tic Tac Toe: $25
  • Yard Yahtzee: $25
  • Lawn Jenga: $25


How much time do I get to set up/clean up my event?

We allow 30 minutes for set-up immediately prior to your event and 30 minutes immediately following your event for clean up. After you book your event, you will be provided with a table setup guide, and our staff will have the tables and chairs set up and ready for you to decorate. All you’ll need to do is bring your decorations, desserts, and dance moves!

Please note: we do not currently allow set-up for private events the night or day before. You are more than welcome to extend your setup/clean-up period, but this will be billed at our hourly rate.

How many people can The Robin’s Nest accommodate?

Our space is perfect for cozy events up to 24 people.

What do I need to do to secure my event date?

The total cost of your reservation must be paid to hold your event date. We will not save your date unless a payment is completed.

Am I allowed to prepare food on site?

We do not allow food to be cooked on site, but we have plenty of counter space for warming crockpots, a microwave for reheating, and a refrigerator to keep things cold.

Can I bring in a caterer?

You are more than welcome to hire an outside caterer for your event! We do ask that you make us aware of your plans so that we can direct them to the appropriate areas.

Am I permitted to serve my guests alcohol?

Alcohol is permitted for private events under the following conditions only: clients inform us that alcohol will be consumed during the event. The client maintains all liability for the actions of their guests. Beer and wine are permitted; hard liquor is prohibited.

Are there decor restrictions?

No open flames of any kind. Sparklers, fireworks, and candles are prohibited.  We do not allow guests to drill into or puncture walls in any way. Permanent tapes such as duct tape, packing tape, and scotch tape are not permitted. If you are hoping to hang decor on the walls, we encourage the use of white mounting putty.

Do you provide any sort of entertainment during my event?

You are more than welcome to request to add a private gardening class during your event! One of our Garden Center staff will help you decide what type of class best suits your group. Pricing for private classes is separate and will be determined based on the desired length of the class and any materials needed.
